You’ll need rest days
It’s hard to do, but you must
Otherwise your body
Will make the decision
Listen to what you feel
It’s just as important as logic
We can overcome when we rest
Take some time to rest
Your recovery needs it
The list needs to be cut
Eventually it will work out
Time to meditate and self-care
The rollercoaster of chemo will be
Slightly better with time
